Anthony J. Horky, P.A. (the “Firm”) is committed to protecting the privacy of confidential and personal information, including personal data relating to individuals who may be clients, lawyers, job applicants or others inside or outside the Firm. It is the policy of the Firm to comply with the Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct which impose a duty to preserve and protect confidential client information upon lawyers and their associated personnel.

This Statement of Privacy Policy is intended to summarize the Firm’s data protection practices generally, and to advise the Firm’s clients, job applicants, website visitors, and other third parties about the Firm’s privacy policies that may be applicable to them.  This statement is specifically addressed to parties outside the Firm who provide personal information to the Firm or who visit or use the Firm’s websites.

The information on this Site including the terms of the Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time and for any reason without notice. Anthony J. Horky, P.A. will make such changes by posting them here. You are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

The Firm may collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number.  The Firm may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

Information about your computer hardware and software also may be automatically collected by the Firm.  This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.  This information is used by the Firm for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

The Site contains links to third-party websites.  The Firm encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from the Site so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Anthony J. Analytical Information

The Firm collects general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page and which hyperlinks, if any, they “click” on.   The Firm collects this analytical information in order to determine which areas of the Site are most popular and to enhance the Site for visitors. The Firm may group this information into aggregate visitor data in order to describe the use of the Site to its existing or potential business partners or other third parties, or in response to a government request.
